NONSTICK COOKING SURFACES – Both sides of the reversible plate feature a premium non-stick coating for easy food release. The unique coating does not peel or flake and is metal utensil safe.
INTEGRATED HIGH HEAT AND SAFETY FEATURES – Wolfgang’s 1800-watt electric, non-stick grill/griddle has an adjustable temperature control dial and quickly heats up to 400ºF, providing perfect searing and faster temperature recovery times.
