• Milk frother makes warm and cold milk froth for cappuccinos, and heats warm milk for lattes. Maximum capacity: 125 ml (for milk froth preparation), 250 ml (for warm milk preparation)
• Maximum level indicator for milk frother and maximum level indicator for milk warmer, and minimum milk level indicator. Heats milk to 140°F-160°F. The temperature of the foam may be lower than this. Enjoy milk at just the right temperature for drinking.
• To make warm drinks, press the ON/OFF button once and release it immediately, both the heater and frother will turn on. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds, the frother will turn on, but the heater won’t turn on. This makes cold drinks.
• Milk must contain at least 3 grams of protein. Milk must be free of any flavoring. Milk cannot be ultra-pasteurized with an extended expiration date. Milk may not froth well as it approaches the expiration date.
