   Do you know how you always hear people saying that “they don’t make tools like they use to,” well they still do, and this mixer is proof. If you are still mixing mortar, thinset or grout by hand or a drill, you need to upgrade to this beast of a mixer. First off, it is built like a tank. Thick stamped metal housing and Chuck. Everything on this mixer is built to last for years and years and years of heavy use. It’s extremely comfrotable in the hands. It actually feels like a race car wheel in the hands, and the Polly carbon grip keeps it from sliding around in your hands, even when wet. The soft start is probably the best that I have ever used on a mixer. No worries about material flying all over the place as this starts nice and smooth every time. The variable speed adjustment on this mixer works perfectly, and is so easy to adjust as it is right next to the thumb. The auto lock button also saves your fingers from constantly having to hold down a trigger. This is a great safety feature! As for power, this mixer has more than enough to mix anything you need. I threw an entire 50lb mag of thin set and added 1.5 gallons of water, turned on the mixer, and it just went to town on it. No bogging down, no weird sounds, just pur power! I am extremely happy with this mixer, and love that they even included a heavy duty paddle with it. Just like every other Ridged tile tool, tgis is buikt to last, and if your a pro, you will absolutely love it!
