• REVERSE FLOW OFFSET SMOKER: With a horizontal cooking chamber and a firebox on the side, this smoker is fueled by charcoal and flavored by hardwood splits & chunks, sold separately. Built with versatility in mind, optional smokestack locations and removable baffles let you switch between reverse flow and offset smoking.
• CHARCOAL BASKET: Enjoy longer cooks and less interruptions with the large-capacity charcoal basket. It provides a more efficient burn, easier tending and up to 8 hours of fuel.
