This spreader holds 130 lbs. in its heavy-duty plastic hopper and broadcasts with a 10 ft. to 12 ft. spread pattern. A rugged steel frame holds the hopper and the durable heavy-duty gears, which are housed in a metal gearbox. Large, turf tread 15 in. pneumatic tires provide a smooth ride across rough ground that wont damage soft sod or new plantings like solid plastic wheels can. From the seat of your tractor or ATV, you can control the spread radius and turn the spreader on and off via the Direct Rod control. A rain cover fits snugly and protects material in the hopper from moisture. Attaches to all brands of riding mowers, tractors and ATVs.
