Once set, all programmed feed times are visible on the LCD display. The Cat Mate C500 requires 3 x AA batteries (not supplied) which will give approximately 12 months operation. The five large food compartments each hold 11. 5 ounces of wet food – one meal enough for two cats or a small dog. Maintenance is simple, both the lid and bowl are dishwasher safe. The Cat Mate C500 is designed to be tamper resistant to pets, the feeder can also be attached to a board (not supplied) to prevent it from being overturned or moved.
