Zinsser 1 gal. 100 VOC Cover Stain Oil-Base Interior/Exterior Classic sticks to any surface without sanding. Exceptional stain killing power, its oil-based formula effectively seals stains from water, smoke, fire, nicotine and blocks tanning bleed. It offers excellent flexibility and adhesion.
- Ideal for interior or exterior use to block and seal stains on a many surfaces including drywall, cured plaster, cement based coatings, wood, metal, vinyl, PVC and masonry
