Our hypoallergenic coil fibre is made in Yorkshire. It is cooler than memory foam with no odour and is perfect for those with allergies.
The height and firmness are both completely adjustable.
The Original Pillow with a Hole is made entirely in England using OEKO-TEX Standard Fabric and featuring a high quality “YKK” brand zip.
Perfect for sleeping with ear piercings, ear pressure sore relief (CNH) and sleeping with earphones and earplugs.

The Original P.W.A.H is a special ear pillow designed to remove friction and pressure from your ear.

It provides a comfortable, peaceful and pain-free night’s sleep, and it has proven to be such an effective invention that we are proud to know they are changing people’s lives all around the world.

Created in 2013, The Original PWAH was born from personal experience and we truly hope you find as much relief in it as we have.

FIRMNESS: You can easily alter the firmness of our pillows. We stuff them generously so you have plenty to experiment with. This may mean your pillow is a little firm at first but this is by design.

SIZE: Please note that our pillows are designed to be a little smaller than a conventional pillow and work best when sat atop your own.

We use high quality materials and we take quality control very seriously. Our pillows are built to last.

Please note that we make them in small batches, so sometimes run out on Prime. However, we can always send you one directly from our workshop.

Our pillowcases have a hole which runs through both sides, with multiple fabric layers to provide air flow and cooling.

This gives a good amount of air flow so, if you feel your ear is too hot at night, this design will likely suit you. Air flow and cooling promote faster recovery from ear trauma and injury, so it is important to provide as much as possible.

What’s inside?

Cooler and softer than memory foam, and completely without odour, our proprietary stuffing creates a plump pillow with natural coolness.

Similar in density to feather, but hypoallergenic, so it is great for people with allergies.
