   Its an excellent tool for light and heavy jobs because of 4 speed settings. You can work on a small car and also remove those lug nuts on semi truck with ease. It has a-lot of power.

   Its an excellent tool for light and heavy jobs, 4 speed/torque modes including auto mode. A must have tool if you are semi truck driver, will save you time and you will be back on the road in a matter of minutes. I would recommend using 4 amp battery to achieve optimum results.

   A great impact that is very powerful. It even took off nuts off of 1″bolts that were so rusty that the normal 1½” socket wouldn’t fit and I would have to beat a 1¼ socket on through the rust.

   This impact is a winner. I use it heavy-use industrial work and it never disappoints and has blown any pneumatic impact I’ve used out of the water. The body and casing are solid and well-protected in the areas that matter. The overmold shows quality and I don’t have to worry about cracking the harder plastic if I drop it. The auto-settings and controls are outstanding. There’s a setting for every scenario, I would be completely comfortable driving small bolts with the auto-tightening mode. Paired with an Octane battery, this impact has almost no competitors. This is the RIDGID tool I show off when I need to convince someone to invest in the line. My only complaint is the placement of the LED. The mid-torque impact had a unique, and effect, design that put the LED on the barrel of the impact, making it much more effective, but this impact has it on top of the battery port, meaning your hand will block most of the light. A minor complaint. Price is reasonable when compared to similar products, and of course, if you manage to kill this thing, nothing beats the RIDGID LSA. Again. Buy this before it’s gone.

   This is the most powerful 1/2 impact torque wrench that home depot carries beating Milwaukee by 100 ft lbs of torque. It has 1,500 ft lbs of breakaway torque and 1,100 ft lbs of tightening torque 6 modes for speed and power (3 being High, Medium, Low and 3 for Auto tightening High Medium and Low). Its a bit heavy but you get used to it. I love that its brushless giving it 50% more runtime and comes with a belt clip. Most of all BEST WARRANTY EVER!… LIFETIME!

   I bought this tool as a Home Depot special buy, which came as a package deal the 1/2 impact, 4aH battery and charger. I have a more in-depth review and unboxing on my youtube channel “What the Hoot.” This impact has a crazy powerful 1500ftpd breakaway torque rating and 1100ftpd fastening power. Make sure to register this product within 90 day to get the Rigid LSA (Lifetime Service Agreement).

   Use this at work on aircraft wheels works very well and has no issues removing the nuts and bolts.
