RIDGID introduces the 18V Cordless Compact Band Saw Kit with 18V Lithium-Ion MAX Output 4.0 Ah Battery and Charger. The 18V Compact Band Saw provides clean, spark free, straight cuts on a variety of materials with a 2 1/2 in. cut capacity. This Band Saw has a lightweight and ergonomic design for increased balance and reduced fatigue. This Band Saw is also compatible with Milwaukee’s Bi-Metal Compact Band Saw Blade (Model #48-39-0579). MAX Output Batteries are RIDGID’s most powerful and longest running batteries. The included RIDGID MAX Output 4.0 Ah battery will provide up to 3X more runtime compared to the 1.5 Ah lithium-ion battery (AC870015). The RIDGID MAX Output 4.0 Ah battery is compact and lightweight, which reduces user fatigue. The included 18V Fast Charger is 2X faster than the 18V Compact Charger (AC86093) and can charge the 4.0 Ah battery in under one hour. With registration, this kit is backed by the Industry’s Only Lifetime Service Agreement. The 18V Compact Band Saw kit includes a 32-7/8 in. blade, an 18V 4.0 Ah Lithium-Ion MAX Output Battery, an 18V Charger, and an operator’s manual.
