These 4.0 Ah Batteries will provide up to 3X more runtime compared to the base Lithium-Ion 1.5 Ah Battery (R870015). These Lithium-Ion 4.0 Ah Batteries are 10% more compact and 10% lighter compared to the previous model (R840087). Best of all, these Lithium-Ion 4.0 Ah Batteries are 100% compatible with all RIDGID 18V tools and chargers.
