The 2.5-quart Sugar ProKeeper holds a standard, 4-pound bag of sugar and has contoured shape and flip-to-pour spout for easy one-handed pouring. The 1.5-quart Brown Sugar holds a standard, 2-pound bag of brown sugar and a lid that houses a removable terra cotta disk when, soaked in water and placed with the brown sugar, will ensure the sugar stays soft. The 2-quart Powdered Sugar ProKeeper holds a standard, 2-pound bag of powdered sugar and includes a removable dusting/measuring spoon that magnets under the lid when not in use.
