I got a lot of trouble for getting it, it took a long time to arrive, but, the costumer service was amazing. It happened that the post had lost the bag and they sent me another one, when having problems to get that second one, they even proposed to send it a third one…fortunately I got the 2 . I find this backpack has great quality and I love al the hidden pockets everywhere. However (surely it’s my fault), I just can’t find the way to use the USB Charging port.

Very good looking bag. I bought red colour and thought that it would be to bright but it is not. The bag is more dark red colour and I like that. Not used bag yet but I am sure, I am going to enjoy that.
