With a deep, Premium Whitford non-stick interior, you can quickly and easily cook a small roast, sear steaks, and more. Easy to read, adjustable temperature control allows for great results. Unit also features a die cast aluminum pan, sturdy tempered glass lid, heat resistant and stay cool handles. Skillet and lid are dishwasher safe with the probe removed.
