Another great Milwaukee product. Included foam insert is a plus. I only ended up using 1 of the 2 pieces included. My only complaint with this one is the empty space left in the lid. Would be great to have some bit holders or blade holders. Anything to use up the empty space.

I normally carry a bag of tools with me when helping less skilled friends with projects around their homes … often I do not need everything, so the toolbox with a customizable insert is perfect. I bought and customized 3 cases (drill/driver, jigsaw, oscillating cutter), allowing me to take only what I need. The photo is for the drill/driver and carries everything except a charger.

I was looking for a portable box to take to hob sites with me that would contain the basic tools I need to diagnose and repair cnc machinery. I had seen these in the store before but when I went to buy it, they were only available online. I knew I wasn’t going to need the full depth of the foam so I ended up making 2 layers of tool space. There are 2 distinct levels of foam with thinner layers in each. I was not cutting all the way through the foam so I had to peel the layers apart. This wasn’t the easiest thing to do but it came out pretty nice. I have some of the other PACKOUT boxes that are the same size, but this box is lighter which was a nice discovery. After loading a many tools into it as I could, any reduced weight is appreciated.
