The M18 FUEL 7 in. Variable Speed Polisher is the world’s first cordless full-size rotary polisher.

By harnessing the power, performance and run-time of M18 FUEL technology, this tool delivers corded performance that allows users to power through the most demanding applications.

At more than 1 lb. lighter than corded, and the ability to deliver total control through a variable speed dial and trigger, the new M18 FUEL Polisher frees users from the extra work, distractions, paint damage, and inconvenience caused by cords.

Paired with M18 XC 5.0 batteries, the M18 FUEL Polisher can complete a full size car on 1-charge when working on moderate to good paint.

The M18 FUEL Polisher is equipped with a rubber over mold front housing to protect the paint from scratches in use as well as a removable dust cover to protect the motor and electronics from wool fibers and residue.

The new tool is designed to distribute more of its weight over the pad, providing natural pressure on the surface area and more.

    I purchased the polisher to refinish Corian countertops and it wasn’t practical for me to use an air powered polisher in my client’s kitchen due to the extra noise and I hate air hoses. The variable speed settings and the trigger mechanism works fantastic on the Milwaukee polisher. The tool is also extremely quiet making it the perfect choice since my client works from home. Like most of the tools in the Milwaukee Fuel line, I am very satisfied with the craftsmanship. I would reccommend this tool to any professional who has a use for a polisher.

    After my previous corded polisher bit-the-dust, I began the hunt for a replacement. After an extensive search I decided to give this M18 polisher a chance. I admit I was a little skeptical regarding battery power: however, I was pleasantly surprised just how powerful this machine is especially when running a heavy compound. I found the 8.0 amp-hour battery not only provides the perfect balance but, provides enough power to polish a full size truck. We do maintenance on all of our truck and equipment. And that includes maintaining an image. The fact that this unit is cordless gives us the versatility needed to utilize it when bays are full not to mention there no cord dragging across the paint. I am very satisfied with this machine and believe it will bring us many years of good service. Two thumbs up!
