The flavor is not the most desirable and it does have a very chalky consistency. But it did work and make acidic fruits sweet. It didn’t work for everything but upon reading the instructions it says it has to have some level of acidity. It comes with a cute little card that suggests foods to try that it works on and how the process actually works for those that may be a little skeptical. It lasted about 1.5 hours and left a little bit of a weird after taste but after some water and a meal it was gone with no side effects!
