White-Seal Plus is a thick, high performance 100% acrylic elastomeric roof sealer. The fiber-reinforced formula is designed to promote stronger adhesion to surfaces such as RV roofs. It provides a full waterproof and weatherproof seal adhering tightly to many surfaces without a primer. The product’s blue color attracts heat, causing it to dry in half the time of a regular sealer product. It turns to ultra-white after it is exposed to sun light.

• May be applied with roller, brush, squeegee or sprayer
• Covers approximately 50-100 sq. ft. per gallon per coat depending on the substrate. Two coats recommended.
• For previously coated roofs, concrete/masonry, metal, rubberized asphalt, rubberized mastic, trailers, RVs, and wood
• Dry to touch: 1 hour; Dry to recoat: 24 hours
• Applies blue and turns white when exposed to sun light.
