Lanco RC865-2 White-Seal 5 Gal. Acrylic Elastomeric White Reflective Roof Sealer

White-Seal is a one-component, thick, high performance styrene acrylic, rubberized, elastomeric roof sealer. When applied as directed, it will provide a waterproof and weatherproof seal adhering tightly to any surface and it will not crack, crumble or peel despite exposure to severe weather or total joint movement. White-Seal reflects sun rays and reduces interior temperatures.

  • May be applied with roller, brush, squeegee or sprayer
  • Covers approximately 50-100 sq. ft. per gallon per coat depending on the substrate; two coats recommended
  • For previously coated roofs, concrete/masonry, metal and rubberized asphalt
  • Dry to touch: 1 hour; Dry to recoat: 24 hours
