This benchtop mortiser comes with a powerful 1/2 HP motor for solid performance and trouble free operation. The heavy-duty cast iron and steel construction provides durability and stability. Its long, multi-position mortising handle lets you reposition the feed handle for easier operation and optimum handle position. 3-jaw drill chuck with extended chuck key for positive grip on mortise bit. Dependable rack-and-pinion head raising and lowering provides positive drilling control.
