This is JB Instant Lawn’s most versatile mix and is great for the sometimes sunny, sometimes shady conditions found in the Pacific Northwest. This premium mix of chewing’s fescue, red fescue and perennial ryegrass provides a rich, dark-green lawn and blends well with existing turf. It is ideal for seeding new lawns or for yearly over-seeding in areas with partial shade.
