It has alot of power and does a great job pulling up dirt and cat hairs from carpet, wood floors and furniture. The only down side is not being able to turn off brush roller. The canister is super easy to clean. Hose has a very long reach for picking up dust over door ledges and corners of ceiling. It is heavier than other machines. I do not care for rubber power switch over a toggle switch. It cleans amazingly well.
