Henry 869 Rubberized Roof Coating is a premium, highly reflective roof coating made with SBS polymers, which gives the coating its outstanding strength and elastic properties. It is an excellent top surfacing for new or weathered asphalt surfaces, smooth modified bitumen membranes and metal roofs. Suitable for commercial, institutional and industrial applications.
- Rubberized, resists ponding water, 1-coat application, low-temperature application
- Highly reflective properties will extend roof life and reduce roof surface temperatures
- Seals hairline cracks and pinholes to help increase water resistance of the roof and prevents leaks
- Aluminum surface and brilliant silvery-matte finish
- Lowers roof and interior temperatures; reduces air conditioning costs
