Henry 587 100% Acrylic Dura-Brite White Elastomeric Roof Coating is a premium, high solids, reflective roof coating. Its elongation, peel strength and solar reflectance values offer weather protection, high solar reflectivity and superior longevity when compared to economy grade reflective roof coatings. When cured, it allows moisture vapor to vent or breathe out of underlying substrate.
- Bright white with excellent hiding power
- Reflects greater than 73% of sun’s heat and UV rays after 3-years; prolongs roof life
- Lowers roof and interior temperatures; reduces air conditioning costs
- Elastomeric water-based 100% acrylic latex coating expands and contracts without cracking
- Mildew and stain resistant
- Meets the requirements of California energy commission (CEC) title 24-section 118(i)3
- Bonds to most roof surfaces including mobile homes, motor homes, old tar, asphalt, metal, concrete, roll roofing and modified rolls
- Apply with a brush, sprayer or 3/4 in. pile paint roller to cover 100 sq. ft. per gal. on already white roofs
- 10-year limited warranty with 1-time application
