   This stuff is great. Tastes like the chocolate I shouldn’t be having but do anyway, all the while telling myself I will start eating better TOMORROW for sure, that I am not so far gone that I can’t course correct LATER.
   If I had a smidgen more of self control and just a few industrial-size tankers less self-loathing, this stuff would honestly change my life.
   It tastes amazing and fills me up for a few hours without spiking my glucose levels. You could easily have this once or twice a day and be healthy, provided you make up the caloric deficit with a sensible meal and snacks.
   Thanks Glucerna! If nothing else I can now say to myself “Hey, I’m TRYING, ok?”

   I drink one of these shakes every morning because I am never hungry when I wake up. However, due to medications and insulin I take every morning, I need to eat something to make the medications work properly. And they are very easy to carry with you if you are on the go and don’t have time to eat a meal. A diabetic should never skip a meal so this shake is the next best thing! Glucerna shakes are the best liquid meals out there and taste so good! I like to buy them in bulk size because I believe you save money as they are not cheap in the retail stores. It’s super convenient to purchase them online and be delivered. Plus with Amazon, shipping is very fast! I highly recommend this product!

   I love these shakes – they really do make a difference in diabetes management and weight loss. I am currently on a plan (prescribed by my Endocrinologist) to have 3-4 shakes per day plus one healthy meal of lean protein and vegetables and one additional fruit snack. So far working out very well and have lost 10 lbs in the first month.

   BUYER BEWARE – I bought two 24-pk in August for $37 each with free PRIME shipping. Now, the cheapest price on Amazon for a 24-pk is $40 + $27 shipping or $65 with PRIME. THIS IS A RIP-OFF!!!!! I drove to Walgreens instead and bought four 6-packs for $10 each. Currently you can but the vanilla on Amazon for $17 per 12-pack with free PRIME shipping – that is a good price. Why are these secondary sellers stealing from customers on the chocolate flavor????????
