I used this just the other day. It does a great job. The label says that it will clean under the rubber ring thingie at the sink drain, but I pull that out and give it a good scrubbing, so I cannot attest to the job it does there. But it does leave the inside of the disposal shining, and clean smelling. I got one of the brushes that fits down inside, and together, they both do a really great job. Definitely worth it.
