Skipper –
I love this tea! It’s great after dinner as peppermint helps digestion! I’m on a low oxalate diet and peppermint is low oxalate! Black tea is high in oxalates and many peppermint teas contain black tea. This is JUST peppermint! When I smell it I’m instantly taken back to my childhood when my grandmother would ask me to go out in the garden and pick some peppermint so she could make us some tea! YUM!
