DRYLOK Wet Wall Bonding Primer is a high-quality acrylic interior/exterior primer designed to offer the best start to masonry projects. Apply to dry, wet, bare, or precoated masonry before painting or waterproofing. It offers outstanding adhesion and efflorescence resistance on vertical surfaces by incorporating an advanced mold and mildew package. Application to green concrete (newly poured) is safe up to alkalinity of a pH of 12.0. Easy to apply and clean up with soap and water.
