The Delta Breez 80 CFM Recessed Ceiling Bathroom Exhaust Fan is super quiet, ENERGY STAR qualified, and features an LED Light. The integrated dimmable LED light outputs 850 Lumens (dimmable switch not included) and has a lifespan of 30,000 hours (compared with 10,000 hours for CFL lights). Compact housing makes for easy installation and replacement of older bath fans.
- 80 CFM extracts air to properly vent bathrooms up to 80 sq. ft. while the brushless DC motor technology saves you energy with an efficiency rating of 7.2 CFM/Watt
