Rust-Oleum 338806 1 Gallon Gray Concrete and Garage Interior/Exterior Water Based Recoat Primer (2-Pack)
Rust-Oleum 1 gal. Concrete and Garage Interior/Exterior Recoat Primer is a premium primer/bonder with excellent top coat adhesion. Primer is designed for use over previously coated garage and interior/exterior concrete floors. After applying Concrete and Garage Recoat Primer, the floor is ready to be top coated with any opaque epoxy, 2-part epoxy or RockSolid Polycuramine.
- Suitable for use on previously painted interior/exterior concrete, garage or basement applications
- Covers up to 400 sq. ft. on sealed, painted, coated or smooth flooring
- Semi-transparent gray finish
- Topcoat with any solid, solvent or water-based coating
- No sanding, stripping or grinding is required
- Coated floor must be clean and properly adhered prior to priming
- Must be allowed to dry a minimum of 6 hours, but no more than 48 hours, to ensure proper adhesion of topcoat
- Cleans up with soap and water
