Zinsser Peel Stop 1-gal. Triple Thick White Binding Primer (2-Pack) stops previous coatings from peeling and creates a smoother top coat finish. This high-performance, low-VOC, water based acrylic binding primer locks down and hides peeling and worn surfaces. Outstanding flexibility and its three times thicker than regular primers.
