Their chemistry allows for maximum performance in temperatures as low as -4 degrees and up to 120 degrees F, so you can confidently use them year-round. The charger is compatible with all RIDGID 18V Batteries. Backed by the Industry’s Only Lifetime Service Agreement, this kit includes two 4.0 Ah Batteries, an 18V Charger, and operator’s manuals.

Great deal compared to other high end brands. I love the warranty and Ridgid absolutely supports their warranty provided you register the product and jump through the proper hoops. Its not that hard and well worth the time. They replaced my 12v system that i bought years ago with a new 18v system because the 12v was no longer an option. Im a heavy DIY user and would suggest Ridgid to anyone in that uses tools daily.
