My kitten injured her back in a fall and I bought this to keep her on “bed rest.” It’s been perfect (we call it her “apartment”) and may have helped save her little life. She hasn’t torn at it at all, but the fabric is very sturdy. She’s only escaped once and that was my fault, as I forgot to hook one of the latches. One of the rooms is for her litter box and the other is for her to hangout – the top doors allow great access. The side doors are great to feed her without her trying to jump out. I’ve even traveled with it and it was super easy and packs up small.
