Ingredients
non-GMO popcorn. Oil section: coconut oil, natural and artificial flavor, beta-carotene for coloring. Salt section: salt, artificial flavor, FD&C yellow 5 lake, FD&C yellow 6 lake
Directions
Commercial Popper: 1. Pre-heat kettle 3 to 4 minutes. 2. Cut oil section along dotted line at top and squeeze contents into kettle. 3. Immediately add popcorn and salt for salted popcorn, or just popcorn for unsalted popcorn. Close lid. 4. When popping stops, dump kettle. Top of The Stove (Use 1/2 of ingredients): 1. Cut oil section along dotted line at top and squeeze 1/2 of contents into heavy 4 quart pan with lid and place on burner over medium high heat. 2. When oil is melted add 1/2 of popcorn and 1/2 salt for salted popcorn, or just 1/2 of popcorn for unsalted popcorn. Cover pan and shake over heat. Once kernels begin to pop, set lid slightly ajar to allow steam to escape. Shake pan until popping stops. 3. Remove from heat and pour into bowl. Electric Hot Oil Popper (Use 1/2 of ingredients): 1. Plug in popper. 2. Cut oil section along dotted line at top and squeeze 1/2 of contents into popper. 3. Add 1/2 of popcorn and 1/2 salt for salted popcorn, or just 1/2 of popcorn for unsalted popcorn. Replace cover. 4. When popping stops, unpug popper and invert.
