I must begin by saying this chair was purchased for an 8 year old child. With that backstory, the chair was received in excellent condition. Packaged and shipped well despite the recent pandemic. Fit and finish was good, maybe not perfect, but definetly acceptable given the purchase price point. All harware was included and it was very simple to assemble. Assembly took little time and the chair has proved more comfortable than imagined. Even a 140lbs adult can sit with comfort.
