Awesome hedge trimmer, well worth the cost of purchase! Well balanced with a sturdy built. The included 5.0 Ah 20V battery and charger is a well received bonus! Wish it would have come with a sheath guard for the blade. Other than that, a perfect purchase. Thank you Dewalt for another outstanding product!

This product is excellent made the job so easy and works really well I recommend this to anybody that needs to trim bushes works great and makes the job so easy even my 79 year old Uncle loved it we have no problem doing his hedges I wish I could add a picture of them you would laugh he is so cool with that DeWalt in his hands

I have multiple Dewalt corded and 20v tools . Although I am a weekend project guy, my expectations are pretty high. I want the tool to make my job smooth and easier. At first glance seemed a bit heavy with an 5Ah battery attached. I played with couple of different batteries and settled with a low profile 4AH. Blades were sharp. No loose screws, seems solid. Used on several hedges without a problem. Battery life during use was OK. Used about 40 minutes and switched to an new battery. Bought a lexan clear hedge trimmer shield (40″), cut it to fit and attached it to the upper blade. Not sure how Dewalt would feel about the after market attachment but it works great. Trimmed my neighbors bushes in few minutes and clean-up was much easier. For the weekend Gardner it is great tool. I
