Cadet electric baseboard heaters are a simple and economical way to add quiet, convection heat wherever it’s needed in your home. This white 48-inch heater is an industry-standard size making it ideal for replacement or new construction, and is designed for easy installation with pre-punched mounting marks and wiring at both ends. A thermostat is required for operation (sold separately). Be sure to choose the correct heater size for your room. • Requires 240-Volt or 208-Volt wiring (double breaker). Before you purchase, confirm your power supply voltage (check your breaker, use a voltmeter, or refer to your old heater’s label if replacing)
• Choose the correct heater size for your space. Simply match your area to the corresponding wattage (see chart below)
• Mid-sized 1,000-Watt heater effectively warms up to 125 sq. ft. (small to medium-sized rooms)
• 1,000-Watt output with 240-Volt wiring (4.2 Amps, 3,415 BTUs) or 750-Watt output with 208-Volt wiring (3.6 Amps, 2,560 BTUs)
• Easy installation with pre-punched mounting marks at 1 in. spaces and accessible front caps, plus wiring at both ends
• Requires a thermostat for temperature control; choose a line voltage electronic or programmable wall thermostat or built-in thermostat (sold separately)
• Place directly on the floor, mount to wall and maintain 12 in. clearance from furniture, drapes, etc. Do not install below electrical outlets
